THEFT, WESTPARK DRIVE: A resident reported his laptop computer, cell phone and other devices were stolen March 5. The car was unlocked car in his driveway.

THEFT, WESTGATE BUSINESS: March 5, someone removed a purse from a customer’s shopping cart. The purse was later found in the store, but $160 was stolen.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE, CENTER RIDGE ROAD: RTA police contacted Rocky River police after the bus driver reported an intoxicated man kicked the door of the bus. The Cleveland man, 45, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

FRAUD: After receiving a phone call phone from someone claiming to be his/her grandson, a resident, 79, wired $2,400 to Lima, Peru supposedly for bail.

MULTIPLE THEFTS, LORAIN ROAD: An apartment complex reported 50 residential lockers were forcibly entered. Management reportedly is taking measures to better secure the area.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE, WESTGATE BUSINESS: A dissatisfied customer stormed out of the store breaking the front door in the process. The prosecutor is reviewing the incident.
